As advocates for educational
equity, the mission of the CALM Society is to ensure that all students
receive a superior education through parent involvement, advocacy, and
community service. In keeping with our motto "our future leaders start at
home," C.A.L.M. is building a community of parents to ensure student
success and social justice for all of the children in our schools and community.
CALM
seeks to maximize community empowerment through leadership development and
in the education of our youth. Our key activities strengthen Parent
Involvement, Community Outreach, Education Achievement, Equal Rights for
Children, Empowering Women, and Cultural Competency.
